1. All entrants MUST bring the opened bag of KING ARTHUR FLOUR when they submit their entry
2. All entries must be a Gingerbread house/church.
   • The style of the house of the church can be cathedral, pueblo or just simple architecture.
   • decorate as elaborately as you wish.
3. An entry form MUST accompany the entry and can be picked up at the Roswell Chamber of Commerce at 131 W. 2nd Street. Roswell.
4. Must provide a legible recipe, with the entry, preferably typed.
5. All entries MUST be submitted on a disposable container for judging.
6. Entries will be judged on the following criteria
   • Taste> 50points
   • overall Appearance and Creativity> 25points
   • Texture>25points
   • Totalling 100points
7. Failure to follow to follow the rules may result in disqualification.
8. King Arthur Flour is NOT responsible for replacing lost or misplaced prizes or ribbons.(including gift cards)
9. Entries are due Wednesday, December 10 before the contest by 5:30pm
10. Entries will remain on display for visitors during the “Season in Bethlehem” event Dec.11-14 ,and 18-21st 2025 at 2603 S Eisenhower Rd, Roswell,NM
